Day one: Shiraz. Starting from Shiraz, we will visit the famous Zandieh Complex, including the Citadel, the Pars museum, the bazaar and the Mosque. After the lunch break, we will begin a tour, exploring the city in which two of the most revered Iranian poets (Hafez or Saadi) lived, this will include the Shiraz gardens (Eram or Jahan Nama), Ali’ebn-e Hamzeh (Holy Shrine) and the Quran Gate.
Day two: Yazd.The next destination will be Yazd, which we will reach in the afternoon, but not before making a few stops along the way, to visit Persepolis, Naqsh-e Rostam (Necropolis), Pasargadae (Tomb and Palaces of Cyrus the Great) and a 4000 years old cypress in Abarqu. Shiraz-Yazd, 448 km.
Day third: Yazd. After breakfast we’ll start a tour around the city, that will include visiting the Tower of Silence, Atashkadeh (Zoroastrian’s fire temple), the Water Museum and Amir Chakhmagh Square in the morning, and Yazd’s traditional urban area, where you’ll be able to admire the Jaam’e Mosque, Alexander Prison, Bogh’e Davazdah Imam and Zour Khaneh (Iranian’s traditional gymnasium) in the afternoon. Yazd-Isfahan, 323 km.
Day fourth: Isfahan. While driving to Isfahan – 250Km. away – we will stop by in Meybod, Chak Chak (Famous Zoroastrian’s Pantheon) and Naein, reaching our destination in the afternoon.
During the evening, we will walk by the river, visiting historical bridges and soaking up the atmosphere.
Day fifth: Isfahan. With much more of Isfahan to explore, we will visit Naqsh-e Jahan Square, Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, Imam Mosque and Ali Qapu Palace in the morning, while the afternoon will be dedicated to visiting of the bazaar, and introducing Iranian handicrafts and workshops.
Day sixth: Tehran. To complete Esfahan, we will take a walk through Jaam’e Mosque, Vank Cathedral and Maria Church, visiting Chehel Sotoun Palace; before flying to Tehran in the evening. Isfahan-Tehran flight, 50 min.
Day seventh: Tehran. On our final day, we will explore one of the most fascinating cities in the Middle East. We will visit fabulous museums like Iran National Museum, Glass and Ceramics Museum, Jewellery Museum and possibly Golestan Palace.
The return flight will leave from Imam Khomeini International Airport.
